A day to celebrate the transfer of knowledge and technology between South Korea and Spain

On 28th February 2018, a delegation from the Innopolis Technological Park of Southern Korea came to visit La Salle Technova Barcelona. INNOPOLIS Foundation is a south korean public organization specialized in the commercialization of technologies by promoting the transfer of public technology to private companies and by realizing ideas into practical start-ups for entrepreneurs. During the event, the Innovation Director, Carmen Adan, has explained about the La Salle Technova Barcelona and the Network of Science and Technology Parks of Catalonia (XPCAT).

In the other hand, the new president of Innopolis, Sung Kwang Yang, presented all the innovation about their park. After that, a memorandum of collaboration are firmed to confirm the intention to establish a cooperative framework that will promote and facilitate technology commercialization. The document was signed by Kwang Yang, and the president of La Salle Technova and XPCAT, Josep Piqué.

In addition, Innopolis has invite La Salle Technova to participate at the Innopolis Global Business Pitching Day in Mobile World Congress on March 1^st, where five korean Startups (BlueWaveTel, SMARF, NCube, Air Sound and Magconn Technology) and six from La Salle Technova (Cooking Data, EIXOS, The Pay PRO, Smart Cloud Image, Uniks App and Opticities) will explain their business model. Also, in this event the investors Access to crowd, AEBAN, Banco Sabadell, Caixa Capital Risc, Chartboost, Foro Capital Pymes, Inveready, JB Capital Markets, Keiretsu Forum, N26, Nekko Capital, Nero Ventures, Private Investor, Smart Marketing and Road Capital will explain their investments criteria and conditions.
