PhD Thesis Defense at La Salle - Ramon Llull University

Last Wednesday February 3rd, Marcos Gómez successfully presented his PhD dissertation “Employee Creativity and Culture. Evidence from an examination of culture's influence on perceived employee's creativity in Spanish organizations” directed by Dr. Francesc Miralles Torner and Dr. Ana Pérez-Luño Robledo.
