I found a delightful post on my blog (www.thepowerofacknowledgment.com) from one of your bloggers on “Think Like a Project Manager” regarding an acknowledgment I delivered to a transportation security agent who recognized that I was not who I thought I was, according to my boarding pass! I am very pleased that you responded, and I would love to invite your readers to vist http://www.iil.com/poa and also to attend one of my weekly free webinars on this fascinating and critical subject for project managers, as well as everyone else in the workplace: http://www.iil.com/webinars. We have people attending from all over the world and the dialogue is amazing. I hope to meet you and please do keep on posting on my blog.

By the way, the book is available “en espagnol”! Please let me know if you are interested: judy.umlas@iil.com.

Warm regards,

Judith Umlas, author, The Power of Acknowledgment
