The Ramon Llull University (URL), of which La Salle-URL is a founding member, is among the universities with the best teaching performance in Spain according to the results of the U-Ranking, one of the most important studies that evaluates performance in Spanish universities. Among the indicators in which the ranking is divided, the URL stands out especially in the "percentage of students in international mobility programs", the "percentage of foreign students", the "non-dropout rate" and the "success rate.
The U-Ranking not only analyzes the teaching performance of universities, but also evaluates and classifies universities by their activity in research and innovation, indicators in which the URL also achieves a great result, ranking as the ninth best university in Spain and improving a position with respect to the previous edition of the ranking. The URL is also above the average in indicators such as the "percentage of publications in international co-authorship", the "percentage in publications in the first quartile" and the "average impact factor".
In the general classification of the U-Ranking, which measures results in teaching, research and innovation, the URL is ranked fourth in Spain in the group of universities with the best performance. For this year's edition, the U-Ranking, prepared by the BBVA Foundation and the Institut Valencià d’Investigacions Econòmiques (IVIE), has evaluated 72 universities in the Spanish territory based on the analysis of some twenty indicators.
