Pol Caubet is a second-year student of La Salle-URL’s Undergraduate Degree in Engineering in ICT Management (OTIC) and president of Technova Young. This month he will have the chance to get on the innovation train, the Imagine Express 2019, as he represents La Salle-URL at this project promoting innovation and entrepreneurship.
Caubet has been selected both for his entrepreneurial profile and his skills as a developer, thanks to his training on the OTIC degree which provides him with a highly sought after dual profile in this process of providing innovative solutions.
Imagine Express is a programme aimed at generating businesses and new ideas, and takes place over the course of a 4-day train journey from Barcelona to Paris and London as part of the Mobile World Congress (22-25 February). The participants (12 creative profiles, 12 developers and 12 entrepreneurs), who have not previously met, come together in groups of three with the aim of providing solutions for one of the 4 challenges provided by the company in different sectors.
Ideas will be presented to investors in London and the best team from each sector will be mentored to help them carry out their project successfully. Once in Barcelona, the entrepreneurs will present their project at the 4YFN Mobile World Congress.
