Carlos Moreno talks about his great ecological project in Niger

I currently work as a plantation controller at Tree-Nation, an online community where members are united in their support for a great ecological project: to plant eight million new trees on what is now barren desert land within the Republic of Niger in West Africa.

The company now is moving into new projects and my main task is to negotiate new and existing plantations as well as coordinating all marketing and sales efforts for B2C. I also work closely with international offices and organizations such as the UNEP (United Nations Environment Programme).

The knowledge acquired during my student years at La Salle Universities, has given me a broad understanding of the business world and negotiation techniques as well as the opportunity to meet extraordinary people from different backgrounds.
