Bank of America and Citigroup are thinking to change to Apple iPhone

Apple iPhone is being evaluated by IT departments of Bank of America and Citigroup. The Apple phone is being tested as a Blackberry alternative for these two companies.

The six weeks testings involved 1,000 employees of both companies.

Research in Motion with Blackberries has been an standard for enterprises mainly by the security associated with these devices.

Other companies have been evaluating MacBooks and iPads to replace its PCs.

Traditionally Apple made products for personal use, but they are trying to gain more market on professional segment. It might be an important step for the company because they have invested big amounts of capital to improve the security and other features of its products to stay closer to businesses environments.
