Nokia vs. Apple

Battle on hold between the companies, judge declared, but the fight will continue. Since 2009 there is a fight between Nokia and Apple for a Patent Violation. Nokia have sued Apple because of the violation of 46 patents.

Nokia acuses Apple for the violation of patents considered pioneer innovations in the areas of cams, battery, displays and message system among others, but at the same time Apple sued Nokia for the same reasons. It does not seem to have an early and easy ending.
