WiFi on the sky

Nowadays we have WiFi everywhere, one of the only places we cannot enjoy connectivity it’s from above 10,000 meters, when we are flying on a plane.

Since 2008 in US there is around 1,100 planes allowing WiFi connectivity, 4,000 flights per day that carrying on 500,000 people.

Studies suggests that people want Internet on planes but a small portion wants to pay for that service. So in order to enjoy in-flight Internet airlines need more and more people to use this service to make it more affordable.
