BlackBerry failure persists

Research In Motion BlackBerries are in trouble for third day in a row. Millions of BlackBerry users from around the world have been experiencing problems on Internet browsing, email and messages since last Monday.

The problem is RIM runs its own communications network, so it’s their fault and they say that they are working day and night to fix it. This strategy at the same time provides to RIM an extremely secure communications, but as number of users are growing (around 70 million BlackBerry users) this increases the exposition to vulnerabilities and other problems.

It has been a difficult situation for RIM and it is happening in the worst moment because the launch of the new iPhone.
