Recommended books: Business Model Generation

Taking into account today is St. Jordi’s Day, let me recommend a book I’m just reading and I think can be interesting for those who still don’t know what to buy.

Business Model Generation is a practical manual for the design and development of innovative business models. Don't expect tough theory on that, but the contrary. Based on a practical methodology and collaborative techniques, like the use of the "Business Model Canvas", the book is a great tool to understand and learn to build new models of value creation.

That book  has been written by Alexander Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur, but co-created by more that 400 strategy practitioners from 45 different countries, working through an online hub and using collaborative tools to discuss and share information.

I recommend that book to entrepreneurs, consultants and innovators in general, all those people who want to have a different vision on how to design the business model for their new company or project.
