Successful 2nd Edition of EduEmpren, entrepreneur skills in secondary school
This weekend it was celebrated the Closing and Awards Ceremony of EduEmpren a program to encourage entrepreneur skills in secondary school students. The project organized by La Salle Technova Barcelona, together with La Salle Catalunya and La Salle Campus Barcelona-URL, is focused on prepare young entrepreneurs committed to their environment and give students tools to create their own social entrepreneurship project, solving a real problem, analyzing its viability, and transform it into a reality.
The title was "Observe, propose and transform" and projects presented address many areas such as health, nutrition, education, social inclusion, waste and recycling. This edition involved about 250 students, 64 working groups and 15 schools of La Salle Catalunya. More than 700 people participated in the Closing Ceremony where students presented theirs projects in front of a Jury in a 5 minutes Pitch, explained their posters and showed theirs videos.
