Kick-off Divintech Project

On 5 and 6 October 2023, the first meeting of the DIVINTECH project (Uses of Robotics to improve the instrumental skills of students with autism spectrum disorder through the development of new inclusive contexts) was held at the facilities of La Salle Campus Barcelona.

The project has been funded within the call 2022 "Knowledge Generation Projects" of the Ministry of Science and Innovation of the Spanish Government.

The objective of this project, as its title suggests, focuses on the development of educational activities using robots and interactive spaces to improve certain sociolinguistic skills of students affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders, completing this action with a map of ASD diversity at state level, starting with the network of Salle schools (ARLEP), and extending the resource in open mode to the educational community. At this first meeting, in addition to the URL team, we had the presence of members of the Salle Centro de Estudios de Madrid (attached to the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid), and the SIEI team of La Salle la Seu d'Urgell.
