Learn to invest like a Business Angel
La Salle Technova and EIX organize the Business Angel School 2019 edition XIII, a two-day training program, July 10th and 11th, structured for anyone who is interested in investing in startups. In these two days, all the knowledge and tools necessary to evaluate and invest in startups will be provided. The entire investment process will be explained, from the detection of opportunities to the investment, using real-life examples with experts and well-known professionals from the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The program consists of 5 modules: the philosophy of a Business Angel and personal experiences, deal flow sources and qualitative analysis, startups assessment methods with practical cases, legal and administrative aspects of the investment, and by last, portfolio follow-on and exits.
We will have the opportunity to learn from recognized people from the entrepreneurial world, such as Ignasi Costas de Rousaud Costas Duran, expert in the legal aspects of investment operations. Emilio Gómez, Director Capital MAB at ICF, will explain the investment follow-on, future rounds and exits, accompanied by Macarena Poletti, Managing Director at Bbooster Ventures, a venture capital company that invests in seed stages. To moderate the investor-entrepreneur negotiations simulation, Miguel Sanz. investment director of Encomenda will join us, a supel angel fund from Barcelona focused on investing in early-seed rounds.
