New regulation for international student’s access to Spanish Universities
Up to now, high school students from education systems from countries that had no specific recognition agreement with Spain, had to perform the "Selectivity for Foreigners" in Spanish and through the UNED (National University of Distance Education). This entry examination has been removed and, from now on, students who wish to study a degree in a Spanish University only need to have their high school diplomas recognized by the Spanish Education Ministry. Once students have requested this validation, they can begin the enrollment process at La Salle Campus Barcelona-URL. Countries of all around the world will benefit of this system except: Germany, Andorra, Austria, European Baccalaureate, International Baccalaureate, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, China and Cyprus. Students of these other countries, which already have their education systems recognized, only need to apply the credential for university access through the National University of Distance Education (UNED).
