OIKONET Workshop in Lisbon
Three students and two teachers from the School of Architecture La Salle will participate in the workshop “Contemporary living patterns in mass housing in Europe” that will take place in Lisbon, from 14th to 19th of July organized by the OIKONET project. This workshop is dedicated to rethink the design of contemporary housing based on the analysis of informal housing. About 50 students and 25 teachers from 15 European Schools of Architecture will analyze the housing conditions in two neighborhoods in Lisbon - Portela de Sacavém and Bairro da Liberdade- and will propose solutions based on participatory methods combined with digital fabrication techniques. Before meeting in Lisbon students have carried a preparatory work in OIKODOMOS Workspaces.
