ARC research Group pesents Open Sant Cugat project at ECPPM 2022 Conference

The European Conference on Product and Process Modelling (ECPPM) 2022 was held from September 14th to 16th, and the ARC Architecture and Engineering research group was in attendance. The conference brought together various research groups to present and discuss the latest developments in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sectors. Key topics discussed included sustainable and circular-driven digitalization, automation of processes, enabling technologies, frameworks for implementation, human factors, interoperability, and digital-supported collaboration.

One of the highlights of the conference was the presentation by the ARC team, represented by Adirane Calvo Martínez. The team presented the Open Sant Cugat project, which was developed in close collaboration with the technicians of the municipality of Sant Cugat del Vallés. The project resulted in a data integration prototype platform that aims to facilitate collaboration and encourage public participation in city development processes.
