First IOM-TIM Paper Development Workshop

On the on Saturday 9th March, LaSalle-URL had the honour of hosting the first Paper Development Workshop of the Academy of Management Technology and Innovation Management Division (https://tim.aom.org/) and the Innovation: Organization & Management Journal. There were 25 attendees participating from across Europe and the US. There was stunning weather that day, and all attendees enjoyed a (very) traditional Catalan dinner on the Friday night, and more modern flexitarian dinner on the Saturday night. Many thanks to the five capable mentors from business schools across Europe – Hans Berends, Marcel Bogers, Lars Frederiksen, Markus Perkmann and Nelson Phillips – who volunteered their Saturday to provide detailed and insightful guidance to the authors of the 20 papers.
