Dr. Carla Riverola presents her ongoing project on Diffusion of Innovations in the Food industry

Dr. Carla Riverola, researcher at La Salle – Universitat Ramon Llull visited Queensland University of Technology, in Brisbane Australia in order to present her research project in “Veganism as a vehicle to grow the global bioeconomy” ; conducted in collaboration with other participants from “QUT University” in Australia and “Universidad de Los Andes” in Colombia.
