A Weaved Place: Architecture students reflect on the experience of living in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat

In the framework of the European project A Place, co-financed by the Creative Europe program and coordinated by La Salle-URL by Dr. Leandro Madrazo, from the IAR research group, the students of the subject of Systems of Representation of the Degree of Architecture carried out a study on the experience of living in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat.

To do so, during the months of April and May, in the midst of confinement, students conducted research on the city and a series of interviews with residents. In this way, it reflected on different housing aspects of the city: the construction of buildings and communities, the need for the existence of public spaces, the sense of belonging, the fragmentation of the city and the center of the city. city.
