The Aristos Campus Mundus 2015 project renews the CEI quality stamp

The Aristos Campus Mundus 2015 promoted by Universidad de Deusto, Universidad Pontificia Comillas and Universitat Ramon Llull of which La Salle university is part , obtained the quality stamp of the International Campus of Excellence ( CEI ) in the category of European regional level in the notice of the Ministry of Education  This project had already obtained this qualification in 2011 , that means that its quality stamp is renewed. The resolution of the CEI projects had place during the assessment 2013 session and was published last month by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports during the meeting of the University Council.  Of the 26 projects submitted, ACM 2015 is one of the only two private university projects throughout the Spanish state that have obtained the CEI recognition, standing out for its high level of progress. ACM 2015 is the result of the joint initiative of three socially based universities, extended through an advanced strategic cooperation agreement with Georgetown University, Boston College and Fordham University, with the goal of progressing on the path to excellence. Project coordinator, Anna Berga, General Secretary of the URL and Secretary of the Aristos Campus Mundus 2015 Association, expressed her satisfaction and stressed "the rigor of the assessment of the international commission and its result." She also underlined that "we are especially pleased by the recognition received in relation to the progress of the research area and its internationalization, which experienced a 73 percent increase in indexed publications and the creation of 34 intercollegiate national projects and 22 international, among others”.
