The winners of the Business Idea Contest (BIC) were ...

On February 5th, 12 groups of students of La Salle Campus Barcelona presented the solution of their projects in the 10th La Salle Technova Business Idea Contest (BIC). This contest is a stimulous tool aiming to support entrepreneurship, innovation culture and activity among the students inside de university. There were 25 projects participating in the contest and the 12 finalists had one minute each to present their proposals.
The 3 finalist projects and the awards were: 1st prize went to Delectrick project (Delhi Premoli Muniagurria, Tilla Lonnum, Patrick Richards and Celeste Dominguez)

2nd prize went to Dressup Mirror project (Diego Bellino, Nick Van der Graaf, Daniel Lazaro and Andrea Garcia)

3rd prize went to the two tied projects Aquaviva (Carolina Bevan, Josselyn Valarezo, Rebecca Ferrer and Arianna Gassmann) and E-Printing (Quim Menen, Albert Ferrer Peragon, Synamon Treco, Tinofara and Biel Buxo)

In addicional, one student was selected to participate of a 3-day competition through a train ride between Barcelona, Paris and London. The contest, which will take place from February 23 to 26, aims to discover and enhance the innovative and entrepreneurial talent in the mobile phone industry. And the winner was: Diego Bellino
Within the Imagine Express 2018 train, 36 dreamers will travel: 12 creative, 12 computer engineers (developers) and 12 economists from the field of business administration (business profile); that without knowing you previously, will form teams of 3 people with the aim of creating new apps related to one of the sectors to choose (FINTECH, WATER, HEALTH, SMART CITIES AND OPEN).
