How can quantum computing help neural networks?

In the article proposed by the authors PhD candidate Parfait Atchadé and MsC. Guillermo Alonso Linaje, it is shown how quantum and classical computing can be used. The method used will enhance the neural networks, replacing the classical filters with the variational quantum filters.
