On March 5th the Industry Startup Forum takes place
The industrial transformation is advancing in a high speed and companies must adapt faster to the technological changes. Next Wednesday, March 4th, starts the Advanced Factories. Within the agenda of the Industry 4.0 Congress, the CIOs of the industrial companies will be able to discover the 4.0 technologies that will star in the next decade, as they did in the previous robotics and automation systems, to help them improve productivity and develop new business models: Artificial Intelligence, IoT, cybersecurity, Industrial Cloud, Digital Twin, 5G, Big Data, robotics and industrial automation.
Within this framework, La Salle Technova is organizing, on March 5th at 10h, the Industry Startup Forum, in which disruptive startups from the Industry 4.0 will show their products or services to an international specialized target in a Pitch Elevator format and will be connect with the Global Innovation System of the Factories of the Future.
A recent study by the UOC indicates that 4 out of 10 companies have already integrated artificial intelligence to improve productivity. Not surprisingly, Spain ranks fourth in Europe for the sale of robots. And according to Advanced Factories, recent data also show that robotic companies sell five times more than those that doesn’t have it, generate four times more added value and export up to seven times more. Faced with this new business scenario, the figure of the IT or CIO director plays a fundamental role in providing his strategic business vision.
