David Fonseca heads a neighborhood study on traffic in the old town of Sant Andreu

David Fonseca has headed a study carried out by the residents of the old town of the Sant Andreu neighborhood.

This study has been carried out to study quantitatively and qualitatively what type of vehicles access the areas. The objective is to reinforce the claim that they have been making for months as the traffic in the neighborhood should be redistributed due to excess circulation.
