Isn't English just a tool?

This is exactly a piece of information from wikipedia word by word.

However, languages change along with the people that speak them, they continue to change as time progresses because new words and phrases are always appearing.

English for example has taken words and phrases from other languages and creates this new language which probably now we can say is the Business Language.

If  it happens to use a unique way to communicate for Business, English is probably the more extended language. However what happens when people communicate with their own distinctive English come into contact with each other? Nothing wrong, I would say variations of those languages combine to create a single new language, which is the same with distinctive traits.
