"Resilience" in psychology is the positive capacity of people to cope with stress and adversity!!!

Resilience and Effective Management!!!

A Resilience Mindset is characterized by:

- Sense of Life Control

- To know how to strength "strees resistance"

- Empathize with others

- Develop effective communication and interpersonals capacities

- Have strong problem solving skills and decision making

- Set realistic goals and expectations

- Learning from both success and failure

- Being acompassionate society member and contributor

- Responsible life based on a series of sensible values. Feeling special (non-egocentric) while helping others feel the same.
