Dissemination in Palma de Mallorca of the #CreaSTEAM project.

Last Wednesday, October 20, 2021, dissemination with CreaSTEAM background took place in the city of Palma.

During the months of September to December 2021, a series of trainings are being carried out in various sectors of the La Salle ARLEP sector in which the CreaSTEAM project is being disseminated. "CreaSTEAM: Co-thinking and Creation for STEAM diversity-gap reduction" is a project co-funded by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union that aims to implement spaces for creation and innovation in participating schools called STEAM-Labs, all driving strategies to reduce the different gaps of diversity and inequality that we live in today's European society.

The educational robotics trainings, which will take place throughout Spain, are aimed at teachers of early childhood and primary education of the La Salle school network. They are being taught by members of the GRETEL research group of La Salle Campus BCN, Dr. Elena Jurado and Professor Roger Olivella, and allow both networking between schools and also introduce the new educational robotics workshops in the framework of the New Context of Learning (NCL) that La Salle is promoting in schools to adapt the education of the youngest to the needs of the 21st century.

Likewise, in each step of the implementation process, data is being collected through questionnaires to teachers with the final objective of evaluating and improving the implementation of NCA in the different educational centers of the network.
