GRETEL at TEEM 2018

In the framework of TEEM 2018 (6th edition of Technological Ecosystems for Enhacing Multiculturality), held in Salamanca from October 24 to 26, the GRETEL team has been represented by David Fonseca and Daniel Amo, taking part in the following activities and achievements:

1.- Seminar "Comunicación Efectiva. Guía para sobrevivir a la comunicación científica y no morir en el intento". Taught by Dr. Fonseca, within the framework of the Semana Doctoral del programa de Doctorado en Formación en la Sociedad del Conocimiento, held at the Instituto Universitario de Ciencias de la Educación (IUCE) of the Universidad de Salamanca on 10/23/2018 .

2.- Presentation of 2 communications linked to the #EduGame4City project funded by the Spanish Government's Retos program, in track 12 EDUCATIONAL INNOVATION, entitled: "Qualitative assessment of urban virtual interactive environments for educational proposals" (authors: Xavier Calvo, Mónica Sánchez -Sepúlveda, David Fonseca, Nick Van der Graaf, Miquel Sans, Marc Gené, Isidro Navarro, Sergi Villagrasa and Ernesto Redondo) and "Innovation in Urban Design Education" (authors: Mónica Sánchez-Sepúlveda, David Fonseca, Xavier Calvo, Isidro Navarro , Jordi Franquesa, Ernesto Redondo and Marc Gené).

3.- Presentation of Daniel Amo's thesis project in track 16. DOCTORAL CONSORTIUM, entitled: Privacy and identity management in Learning Analytics processes with Blockchain. (authors: Daniel Amo Filvà, Francisco José García Peñalvo, Marc Alier Forment, David Fonseca Escudero and María José Casañ)

4.- BEST PAPER TRACK AWARD: Daniel Amo at the Doctoral Consortium.

5.- Presentation of 1 communication in track 5 LEARNING ANALYTICS: Privacy and identity management securing Learning Analytics on the Blockchain. (authors: Marc Alier Forment, Daniel Amo Filvà, Francisco José García Peñalvo, Miguel Ángel Conde González, David Fonseca Escudero and María José Casañ)

6.- Presentation and conducting of the Gala Dinner and the FRAM (First Recognized Awards Multiculturality) awards: David Fonseca.
