Italian media coverage of the CreaSTEAM project coordinated by La Salle-URL.

The Erasmus CreaSteam (Co-thinking and Creation for Steam diversity-gap reduction) project aimed at reducing gender inequalities and social background in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (Steam) ended today in Rome.

Teachers from Italy, Spain, Germany and Turkey took part in the project, led by Fidae. "This is the true face of a united Europe", said the president of Fidae, Virginia Kaladich, pointing out that "while the winds of war were blowing from the East, here in Rome about 23 teachers from our continent gathered to train and share good practices that want to reduce gender inequalities in STEAM subjects, from primary school to university, with an eye also to the labour market". Rome was the second stage of the CreaSteam project after the one held last October in Frankfurt, Germany.
