PEOLPLE drives Innovation
The source of information of this article comes from "Effective Management Editorial". It is actually a summary of the book "Las diez caras de la Innovación" by Tom Kelley, Jonathan Littman.
What I've liked from that summary is the fact of focusing Innovation on People. Innovation is not about to create innovation, sometimes nobody knows how to start with it. Innovation is about the need to be innovative. It means that each team member is innovative in terms of how each individual does the work every day, and creates new ways of improving efficiency... It i based on experience and on listen to others and on looking around, on konwing what's going on. More than anything else it is about human people who works in team and ultimately lead the innovation of a company.
In this article, they point out the importance of having different people in a team, for Business Administration and ADE students could be a good source of distinctive information!
