La Salle Festival Week: Day 2.

Highlights of the second day of La Salle festival week. One of the greatest traditions of La Salle festival week is their 24 hour five-a-side football tournament. The tournament kicked off at 8:00 this morning and was not concluded until 20:00 this evening. With plenty of games to play between a number of teams, the action was non stop throughout the day. Here are some students getting ready for the first game of the day at 8:00 am this morning. Unfortunately, due to the weather conditions, the beer Olympics remained a relatively quiet affair for most of the early afternoon. However, the culinary and culture show, otherwise known as international food day to La Salle students, proved to be much more of a success. There were various international cuisines on offer, including American pancakes, traditional Indian food, Italian, and of course a few classic Catalan and Spanish dishes.
