Are we aware of when and where ethical criteria should be established in AI?

For decades, many scientists have predicted an explosion of artificial intelligence sometime in the 21st century.

However, sometimes terminological issues make it difficult to analyze the ethical issues in Artificial Intelligence (AI) in depth. Definitions of intelligence and artificial intelligence are often imprecise, and different interpretations of these terms highlight different concerns.

That is why, Prof. Dr. Elisabet Golobardes proposes us to reflect on a new post for the Observatori d'Ètica en Intel·ligència Artificial (OEIAC) on this subject, asking ourselves the following question: do we know when and where ethical criteria should be established in AI?
