SECOND STEAM AND ROBOTICS TRAINING FOR ITALIAN SCHOOLS
After the first sessions of needs, discovery, practice and use of creativity led by STEAM experts Prof. Roger Olivella, Dr. Elena Jurado and Dr. David Fonseca, the participants made two visits to leading digital fabrication spaces with which we have counted on their outstanding collaboration:
- Visit to the FabLab of La Salle Congrés, in Barcelona, pioneer in Europe in incorporating a FabLab in the baccalaureate stage: https://lasalle.cat/el-fablab-de-la-salle-congres-referent-a-europa
- Visit to EspluLab, a public digital fabrication space of the Esplugues de Llobregat City Council: https://www.esplugues.cat/esplulab
The training ended with the creation of educational projects by the participants that will be integrated in the European project CreaSTEAM, Co-creation for the reduction of diversity gaps in STEAM.
This training is co-funded by the European Union, within the Erasmus+ Mobility programme.
