Road Trip #2 - The gastronomic experience: San Sebastian!! (North of Spain)

The food, the food...THE FOOD! North of Spain is well known for it's delicious food (people say that the best restaurants are all there!) The tapas are simply in another level compared to Barcelona. If you ask for a tortilla (a kind of omelet), they will have 5 different kinds of fillings compared to the two here. Every plate is EXTRA large! I basically spend all my money in bars and dinners..... Cider - they have barrels containing gallons of cider, which you might know from France, it is a acidic alcoholic drink. The trick is they will open the tap on the barrel and you must catch the cider as it shoots out like a fountain! The weather there is very dramatic. The sky was always separated into blue clear sky, clouds, dark clouds with thunders. We were having coffee under the sun in a square and windy and rainy the next..! El peine - hole in ground! These holes by the beach is connected directly to the sea and every time when the waves comes the wind is pushed out. Your hair, jacket, umbrellas are all flipped up.
