What happens in Barcelona for Christmas?

Christmas trees are queuing up on the streets! I saw tons of trees were unwrapped, along with tons of Christmas plants on my way to La Salle this morning. It was a great atmosphere. Since Sunday the weather had dramatically changed. The sunny-day-icey-breeze suddenly made me realise that Christmas is coming! Most people don't associate Christmas with Barcelona (and more Paris, Canada, in cities 'up there') I think mostly because of the beaches, and the rarely snowing sunny days. If you are living in Barcelona, you may see that many streets have hung Christmas lights and we all can't wait till the celebration begins. Well, those lights will be coming on TOMORROW 18:10!! Everyday the Christmas lights will be on from 18:10 to 22:00 (Sunday to Thursday) and untill midnight on Saturdays and Sundays. Here is a list of some of the best locations to see the Christmas nights. But if you around, there are plenty of stores filled with 'snowflicks' and 'snowmen'; and Christmas Corals singing everywhere, even the supermarkets.
