Customers have made it very clear they like interacting with chatbots, because of all the benefits mentioned earlier. The technology around chatbots will continue to expand in 2019.

It is important to stand out as a company. A good way to do to this is to personalize your marketing. The new generation is much more online than five or ten years ago. Influencers has seen this as an opportunity to reach their fans online. Companies have been taking advantage of this by using influencers to promote their products or services. Consumers are more willing to buy something earlier from a company when there influencers says the product or service is great. So instead of trying to reach your customers with a big marketing stunned this is an easier way. This is because people generally trust their influencers opinion.
Influencers can be anyone, from celebrities, stars on Instagram /Youtube or bloggers.
