Students get ready for MNUN New York
Each year students participate in the United Nations Model Project held in New York, where each university represents a country and form a simulation of real United Nations meetings that are held. Students enter various rigorous tasks such as negotiating, speeches, voting procedures and resolution writing. This year Students will be representing Nepal where various students belong to certain committees which represents organs of the United Nations each with its own set of problems to deal with. The committees include the General Assembly 1&2, World international Property Organization, Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons and the Economics and Social commission for Asia and the Pacific. Students Participating this year include Maren, Sara, Simon, Alex, Woody, Kenan, Linda, lead by head delegates Genia and Isabelle. They will be there from the 15th until the 25th of April and wish them all the best of luck.
